Graduated in 2003 from the State University of New Jersey with a master’s degree and in 2001 from Tsinghua University with a bachelor’s degree, Mr.Jun Li is CFA Charter holder and has the qualification for directors, fund managers, and necessary licenses for fund administration.

Mr. Jun Li has 20 years of investment experience in professional financial institutions both in China and in the United States. From 2003 to 2010, he co-managed multi-strategy portfolios in a Wall St. hedge fund in New York. After returning to China in 2010, he served  as senior analyst, equity and fixed income portfolio manager in ICBC Credit Suisse Asset Management Co., Ltd. and Fullgoal Fund Management Co., Ltd. Mr. Li joined Fosun Group in 2014, , where he served as General Manager of Secondary Market Investment (Overseas) Department, Fosun Group Senior Assistant President, and Co-President of Fosun Insurance Group. He also served as Non-Executive Director and Chairman of the Investment Committee of Pramerica Fosun Life Insurance Co., Ltd, Director of Hong Kong Peak Reinsurance Co.,Ltd, as well as Director of AmeriTrust Insurance Company in the United States. Meanwhile, Mr. Li founded Fosun Asset Management Company (Hong Kong) on behalf of Fosun Group and served as CEO. He led the acquisition of TENAX Capital Limited in London, and has built a global asset management platform.

During the period of 2017 and 2018, Mr. Li managed the assets of Fosun’s six global insurance companies in China, Hong Kong, the United States and Europe, as well as those assets of one asset management company, with a total AUM of more than 30 billion USD, and has achieved outstanding investment performance beyond the industry average. From the end of 2016 to the mid-2019, when Mr. Li was the Executive Director and Chief Investment Officer of Fidelidade, Portugal's largest insurance company, Fidelidade achieved investment returns of 3.6% and 3.3% in EUR, far exceeding the industry average of around 2%. During the period when Mr. Li took the charge the investment of Pramerica Fosun Life Insurance Co.,Ltd, the cumulative rate of returns of Pramerica Fosun Life in 2017 and 2018 was over 13%, ranked No. 3 among 71 life insurance companies in China.

As a multinational investment expert who has led a team of hundreds of investment personnels around the world, Mr. Li also actively participates in the area of investment education in China. He has been invited to give speeches and exchange ideas at professional investment conferences, summits, etc. both at home and abroad, as well as at famous universities such as Oxford, Tsinghua and Fudan University. He also has in-depth business communications with numerous domestic and overseas listed companies, and other institutions such as insurance companies, asset management companies, investment banks, various financial intermediaries, sovereign funds and pension funds.
